This is the path that former Toronto Blue Jays farmhand Chris Leroux will be pursuing when the reality show kicks off its fourth season. Leroux recently retired after spending the 2016 season as a member of the Buffalo Bisons where he made 24 starts for the Herd last season.
The Canadian hurler is a decorated member of the Canadian National Program and pitched for the gold-winning Canadian Pan-Am squad in 2015. Leroux shutout the Dominican Republic and limited Puerto Rico to a lone run in two starts during the preliminary round play. The Canuck would also record the final two outs in the 10th inning of the Gold Medal game earning him three victories during the tourney.
