TORONTO -- The Blue Jays claimed third baseman Matt Dominguez off waivers from the Brewers on Sunday afternoon, and infielder/outfielder Danny Dorn was designated for assignment to make room on the 40-man roster.
Dominguez has spent parts of four seasons in the big leagues, but he has yet to appear in a Major League game this season. In 2015, he has been limited to 117 games in Triple-A, where he has hit .269 with 10 homers, 56 RBIs and a .720 OPS.
