NEW YORK - There are reports that the Toronto Blue Jays are interested in former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow.
MLB on Fox reporter Ken Rosenthal, one of the most connected scribes in baseball, tweeted on Wednesday that the Jays are one of the MLB teams “exploring” Tebow after one of their scouts turned in a favourable report from Tebow’s workout in front of MLB scouts last week at the University of Southern California. The Jays were one of 28 MLB teams that scouted Tebow’s workout, which showed that he has good speed, but not a lot else.
