CLEVELAND -- Aaron Sanchez is back on the 10-day disabled list for the fourth time this season because of a blister on his right hand that just won't go away.
Sanchez developed another blister during his last outing vs. Boston on Wednesday night. He visited with a hand specialist on Friday, and it's not immediately clear how long he'll be out of action.
The decision to place Sanchez on the DL was made as part of a series of roster moves on Saturday afternoon. Right-hander Joe Smith, as expected, was activated from the 10-day DL while Chris Smith was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo.
