Bautista slated to lead off for first time since '10

Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista was penciled into Thursday night's starting lineup against the Twins as the leadoff hitter for the first time since 2010.

Bautista entered Thursday's game having hit third in 41 of his 42 games this season, with his other appearance coming in the two-hole.

Bautista has batted leadoff 103 times in his career, but he has spent much of his Toronto tenure hitting third.

The Blue Jays entered Thursday's series opener riding a five-game losing streak.
