Zach LaVine using dunk contest winnings on kitchen for deaf students

You can debate whether Zach LaVine really beat Aaron Gordon in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, but at least he's putting his winnings to good use.

The Timberwolves guard is donating part of his dunk contest prize money to help build a kitchen facility at the Metro Deaf School in St. Paul, Minn.

LaVine will give $10,000 from his winnings toward the completion of the kitchen.
