The Yankees rebounded from a terrible Game 4 to extend their season at least one more game. They scored four runs in the first inning and held on behind a terrific performance by starter James Paxton to beat the Houston Astros, 4-1, in Game 5 of the American League Championship Series.
The series shifts to Houston for Game 6 on Saturday at Minute Maid Park where the Yankees will look to build on this win and push the series to a decisive Game 7 and the chance to play for a World Series.
