Yankees, Dodgers among teams with 'heavy interest' in Japanese phenom Shohei Otani

You probably know about Shohei Otani -- the 23-year-old, two-way Japanese phenom who is widely considered the best player in the world who isn't in the majors. Well, teams know about him, too -- and they're devoting more and more resources toward scouting him. Case in point: in the past few weeks, two high-ranking executives have traveled to get intimate looks at Otani.
