Yankees designated hitter Alex Rodriguez exited Tuesday's game against the Orioles after injuring his right hamstring while running the bases in the fifth inning.
After New York's 4-1 loss, the Yankees' sixth in a row, manager Joe Girardi said Rodriguez will undergo an MRI on Wednesday to determine the severity of the injury. Girardi didn't sound optimistic, saying the injury is "definitely worrisome."

Dustin Ackley replaced Rodriguez and recorded a hit in his only at-bat.
