While Sprint Cup drivers dodge weather problems in Michigan, their Xfinity Series colleagues were setting up for Saturday's road race in Wisconsin.
Because of the event's separation, the Road America 180 Fired Up by Johnsonville has room for drivers not usually seen in the second-level NASCAR series. And one of them will begin in pole position.

Alex Tagliani was fastest on the 4.05-mile track at Elkhart Lake, Wis. Saturday's race begins about 3 p.m. ET.
An open-wheel racer from Canada, Tagliani is one of several foreign drivers taking part at Road America.
