World Series Live Updates: Houston Uses Small Ball to Get Another Run

Houston got some more insurance, not that it seems like it’ll need it.

Jose Altuve led off the inning with a single off Drew Smyly. He stole second on a play that looked a little fishy but was confirmed on replay review. Michael Brantley’s groundout sent Altuve to third and Carlos Correa’s single to left drove him home.

Something to keep an eye on as Houston Manager Dusty Baker lines up his top relievers for the final innings: Ryne Stanek, who is on for the seventh, threw 15 pitches in Game 4 on Saturday.
