ST. LOUIS — The improbable season continues for the Wisconsin Badgers.
Somehow.
On Sunday night in St. Louis, the Badgers erased Xavier’s nine-point lead in the final six minutes of the game and won on a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from the corner by Bronson Koenig. It was a truly remarkable moment in a truly remarkable NCAA Tournament.

The final score was 66-63, in Wisconsin’s favor.
Amazing, really.
The Badgers won despite yet another subpar shooting night from Nigel Hayes, the team’s leading scorer. In Wisconsin’s two NCAA Tournament games, he’s 5-for-27 from the field.
