Carl Edwards was in a must-win situation Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway.
Last in points in the Chase, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver needed a win or at least two very solid performances (and some luck) to get into the Chase final four at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Well, he solved that problem with his third victory of the season and first in the Chase when he won the rain-shortened AAA Texas 500.
