And every year, they all punt on the chance to address it, even though at least part of their interview was (hopefully) dedicated to laying out how they might accentuate the pieces they’ll inevitably have to deal with in the upcoming year?
Rising coordinators and position coaches will use the excuse that they were too focused on their own team to make a reliable assessment.
