Luka Doncic was his usual prodigious self in the first two games of the first-round playoff series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves with a combined 68 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists. But he didn't exactly play up to his standards in the Lakers' Game 3 loss on Friday.
He shot just 6-of-16 from the field and only attempted four free throws, which limited him to 17 points. Partly as a result, the Lakers now trail the series two games to one and face a pressure-packed Game 4 on Sunday afternoon.
