Two heavyweights will collide on Saturday in Birmingham, Alabama when WBC champ Deontay Wilder and challenger Chris Arreola step into the ring. Wilder was supposed to take on Russian challenger Alexander Povetkin in May, but a positive drug test just two weeks ahead of the bout put the kibosh on it.
Wilder still would like to challenge Povetkin at some point and is suing him for the purse he lost for missing the fight, but settled for another chance to fight in front of his hometown of Birmingham.
