Why Harry Douglas' hit on Chris Harris Jr. was not dirty: an odd explanation

Aqib Talib started a fight. The NFL football-watching world expressed its anger via social media. Almost everybody who saw Titans wide receiver Harry Douglas' hit on Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. on Sunday called it a dirty play.

Former NFL vice president of officiating and current FOX Sports NFL rules analyst Mike Pereira isn't so sure.
