Despite several nights of protests, riots and looting in Charlotte, the Panthers are still scheduled to host the visiting Vikings on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Jason Whitlock of FS1's "Speak for Yourself" is worried the protest and violence plaguing the Queen City this week could spread to fans in the stands at Bank of America Stadium.
The NFL should "strongly consider" moving the Panthers vs. Vikings game to another city, Whitlock said Wednesday night. The Baltimore Orioles played the Chicago White Sox in an empty Camden Yards last year, following protests in Baltimore over the death of Freddie Gray in police hands, he noted.
