LSU women's basketball head coach Kim Mulkey faced backlash from one of ESPN's top commentators following her remarks at Sunday's postgame press conference.
Stephen A. Smith talked about Mulkey's response to a reporter's question about missing the Final Four two years in a row on ESPN's First Take.
"I'm not going to take away from the fact that Kim Mulkey is a great coach and an established coach," Smith said. "We just need to finally say this about her: she's very rude."
After falling to UCLA in the NCAA Tournament's Elite Eight, Mulkey responded to a reporter's question by asking, "Have you ever been to a Final Four?
