The Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't make a lot of splash signings but they made the ones they had to this offseason. They brought back veteran Chris Godwin and Lavonte David, while also adding another on in Haason Reddick. Jason Licht is now heading towards his favorite part of the offseason, though, in the NFL Draft.
