Before we start looking at some Week 9 fantasy baseball rankings, allow me to tell a quick story:
Some of my fondest childhood memories occurred while attending New York Yankees games with my father in the early-90’s. Now, I know what you’re thinking – didn’t the Yankees absolutely stink prior to beating the Atlanta Braves in the 1996 World Series? They sure did. But I was born a Yankees fan, so I had to endure seasons when their roster was anchored by the likes of Matt Nokes, Melido Perez, and Bob Wickman. Those seasons the team was rather hard to watch (sort of like this season, funny enough).
