The Cubs completed a wild comeback over the Giants to advance to the NLCS on Tuesday night. Chicago second baseman Javy Baez was the star of the game, making a ridiculous diving stop on a play that replay ruined, cementing himself as MLB’s best tag artist, and even refusing to lose a piece of gum. Giants manager Bruce Bochy will probably go down as the goat of the game for his decision to pull starter Matt Moore for the ninth inning. Moore had been dealing, and like it seemingly always does, the Giants bullpen blew the game.
