Gennady Golovkin may want to get his shot at Canelo Alvarez next, but he has a mandatory challenger he may have to face first.

The World Boxing Association has issued a mandatory challenge for unified middleweight champ GGG to face off with secondary champ Daniel Jacobs. The WBA announced that the two have 30 days to negotiate a fight deal and 120 days to make it happen.

Golovkin is coming off of a TKO win over Kell Brook on Saturday in England after Brook's corner threw in the towel in the fifth round.
