Brandt Snedeker leads the RBC Canadian Open after 54 holes and Dustin Johnson is tied for second, one shot back, but the story from Glen Abbey Golf Club in Oakville, Ontario is the play of Canadian amateur Jared du Toit.

The top amateur from Canada and Arizona State product poured in an eagle on the par-5 18th on Saturday to move to 8 under on the tournament and create an eruption from the Canadian crowd.

That putt got du Toit into the final pairing on Sunday with Brandt Snedeker and he'll have a raucous gallery following him as he tries to win the national championship.
