Hockey is a sport with constant action and minimal breaks in between plays. This makes it difficult for NHL players to recall previous plays that could have been executed in a better way.
Knowing this, the Washington Capitals have partnered with media packaging company Kiswe Mobile to help give the team an easier way to review plays, even during games.
During the 2015-16 season, the Capitals’ coaching staff was able to use Kiswe’s technology to study all the action on the ice while the game was still going on. The company’s app provides streams from four different cameras of every home and away game, which can be accessed via tablets on the bench.
