The Golden State Warriors were never going to let this record slip away from them. Stephen Curry made sure of that by completing a historic NBA season.
Curry was pretty much unstoppable Wednesday night to lead the Warriors to a 125-104 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The victory gave the Warriors 73 wins to set a single-season record, breaking a tie with the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls.

While leading his team to an NBA record, Curry established a new milestone of his own. His 10 3-pointers gave him 402 on the season to become the first NBA player ever with at least 400 treys.
