Stephen Curry’s day just keeps getting better.
After reports emerged Monday afternoon that the Warriors guard would win his second consecutive NBA MVP award, Curry will be active to play in Game 4 against the Trail Blazers, the team announced an hour before tipoff.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Curry won't have any minutes restrictions.
Curry has not played since straining the MCL in his right knee in Game 4 of the first round against the Rockets. He has played in just four quarters for the Warriors since the playoffs began. The team is 4-2 in games in which he has not appeared this postseason.
