Vin Scully's last game live blog: Follow along as the Dodger legend retires

After 67 fantastic years at the microphone, Vin Scully’s legendary career comes to an end on Sunday with one more game, and what better game could it be for him to call than the Dodgers taking on their eternal rivals, the Giants?

Scully grew up in New York, and fell in love with baseball during the 1936 World Series, when the Giants played the Yankees and the schoolboy could walk to the Polo Grounds to watch. He started announcing for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1950 and moved to California with the team seven years later.

For his finale, Scully gets a game with some meaning to it beyond the simple rivalry.
