U.S. Senator Roger Marshall (R., Kan.) wrote a letter on Tuesday to United States Attorney General Merrick Garland on Tuesday requesting that the U.S. Department of Justice investigate ESPN for its role in Texas and Oklahoma's move to the SEC.
