In order to be the best U.S. swimmer in one of the most painful events, the 200-meter butterfly, Cammile Adams has to take her training to excruciating levels. Luckily for the U.S. women's team captain, she has spent her Rio preparation keeping up with 2012 Olympian Tyler Clary and 11-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte.
