UFC 196 will go down as one of the most historic nights in UFC history.
The main event featured Nate Diaz shocking the world and submitting Conor McGregor in the second round in welterweight action. In the co-main event, Miesha Tate submitted Holly Holm via rear-naked choke in the fifth round to capture the UFC women's bantamweight title.

Other action included Ilir Latifi defeating Gian Villante by unanimous decision in light heavyweight action, Corey Anderson beating Tom Lawlor by unanimous decision and to kickoff the main card, Amanda Nunes getting past Valentina Shevshenko by unanimous decision.
