Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue says he has a spot for Kevin Garnett on his coaching staff, according to Jason Lloyd of the Akron Beacon Journal.
Garnett has not expressed interest in coaching since announcing his retirement last week but his wife, Brandi, has been pushing for it, Lue told reporters.
“I talked to him about it. I know his wife is pushing for it a lot,” Lue said. “Brandi is pushing for it, trying to get him to come and coach. He says he’s not ready yet. He goes back, ‘I might do it,’ but he’s back and forth.
