Cardinals cornerback Tyrann Mathieu lost his grandmother, Marie Spellman Mathieu, to an illness this month. He spoke to ESPN about his grandmother's impact saying, "In essence she is my mother."
Her loss weighed heavily on Mathieu, but he took the time Tuesday afternoon to celebrate her life. He shared some stories, and some insight into her impact on his life.
