Tyler Summitt has resigned as Louisiana Tech's women’s basketball coach for "personal reasons" after two seasons, the school announced Thursday.
The 25-year-old Summitt, who married his high school sweetheart in June 2013, apologized for a relationship he was involved in and said it is best if he resigns from his coaching job. His Twitter account and official Facebook page have been deleted.
