As Tony Stewart continues to recover from back injuries, his team has made plans for replacements over the next four races of the Sprint Cup season.
Stewart-Haas Racing posted on its website Tuesday that Ty Dillon and Brian Vickers would share the No. 14 Chevrolet. Shortly after the news was posted, the items were removed.

An unidentified source with knowledge of the deal but not authorized to comment told NBC Sports the plan is indeed to have Dillon drive "Smoke's" car this weekend at Atlanta, on the March 12 weekend at Phoenix and the fifth NASCAR race of the season on March 19 at Fontana.
