Two Florida freshman wound up in Alachua County Jail early Monday morning with serious felony charges. According to the details of the arrest report, Tyrie Cleveland and Rick Wells, both wide receivers from the Gators' 2016 recruiting class, were firing a BB gun at some dorm windows near the Keys Residential Complex on campus.
When the two players were identified by video and picked up by the authorities early Monday morning, they were charged with third-degree felony property damage and a second-degree weapons felony for "shooting a missile into a dwelling." According to the police report, obtained by CBS Sports, Cleveland and Wells cooperated by both admitting to shooting out the windows and turning their BB guns over to authorities after being read their Miranda rights.
