Twins third baseman Miguel Sano leads All-Star Game fan vote

Baltimore Orioles representative Manny Machado’s lead in the All-Star Game fan vote was short-lived.

Sano leads voting for American League third basemen after vaulting from third in the tabulations to first over the course of the last week, and is now nearly 100,000 votes ahead of Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Indians, who also moved past Machado and into second place.
