Travis Kelce is priding himself on being self-aware.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end reflected on how he approaches practice and improving during training camp following Sunday's session at Missouri Western State University.
"You can say it starts in the offseason, and yeah, you want to get that foundation set, but this is where you really found out what the team is made of — how you practice, your practice habits and the attention to detail," Kelce said, per Nate Taylor of The Athletic. "I'm just putting my nose down and grinding.
