Heading into the weekend, college basketball’s coaching carousel continues to spin, as more than 20 jobs have opened and many more are still to come. The biggest move came Thursday, within minutes of the NCAA Tournament starting. Indiana announced its firing of Tom Crean, who was there nine seasons and made the Sweet 16 in three of the previous five years.
