SONOMA, Calif. — When Tony Stewart chased Denny Hamlin into the final turn Sunday at Sonoma Raceway, everybody knew what was coming.

Stewart was desperate for a win and was going to do whatever it took to earn one last victory in his final Sprint Cup season.
And he did it in memorable fashion, knocking his friend and former teammate out of the way to win the Toyota/Save Mart 350. With the win, Stewart is now eligible for the Chase of the Sprint Cup in his final injury-riddled season.
