With Tony Romo's future with the Dallas Cowboys in doubt, ESPN.com's Todd Archer reported Monday the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans are leading the race for the four-time Pro Bowler should he leave Dallas.
According to Archer, the Cowboys prefer to trade Romo than release him outright, but Romo's contract and his desire to personally select his next team are roadblocks to that plan.
