I’d worked with Tommy Heinsohn for several years—and this is where I clarify that me, a part-time pregame analyst, working with Tommy, one of the greatest players, coaches and broadcasters in NBA history, is akin to Tom Brady working with the stadium maintenance man—but never had more than a brief conversation with him.
