Jets coach Todd Bowles said Wednesday he's OK after undergoing surgery this offseason to remove a benign mass "almost the size of a golf ball" from his throat.
The 52-year-old coach says he requires no further treatment.

Bowles, who went 10-6 in his first season at the Jets helm, told reporters he first noticed the mass early in the season. After a doctor determined the mass to be benign, Bowles decided to wait to have it removed.
