Tennessee Titans star defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons apologized Wednesday after his confrontation with radio host Buck Reising the day prior.
"That's not who I am or who I want to be seen as," Simmons told reporters. "At the end of the day, I take full accountability of my actions on the field, and I promise that won't ever happen again."
"He has an understanding of where I'm coming from and I have an understanding where he comes from," he added. "He has a job and I have a job."
Simmons appeared to take issue with social media posts from Reising and approached him following Tuesday's practice.
