Colorado Rapids and U.S. men's national team goalkeeper Tim Howard will be sidelined the next four months after tearing the adductor longus in his upper right thigh Friday against Mexico.
Howard drew the start in the Hexagonal clash as the USMNT tried to get a leg up on 2018 World Cup Qualifying. But he left near the end of the first half after injuring his groin during a goal kick.
