Fulham, by any reasonable judgment, has had a fantastic summer transfer window. The club effectively took two large sales (Ross McCormack for a reported £12 million plus, and the Ghost of Kostas Mitroglou for around £6 million) and turned that bounty into an extremely deep, balanced, and talented roster, pending the arrival of at least one starting-caliber striker.
Look at the roster depth, as presently constructed, with players listed only in their primary roles:
F: Striker TBD, Smith, Woodrow
AM: Ayite, Aluko, Cairney, Jozabed, Kebano, maybe Mane (loan)
DM: McDonald, (assumedly) Johansen, Parker, LVC, Tunnicliffe, Adeniran
D: Sigurdsson, Madl, Kalas, Odoi, Malone, Sessegnon (and Ream!
