Dayton's 77-72 road victory at Alabama on Tuesday was marred by a gruesome injury to Josh Cunningham on the dunk that put the game away for the Flyers.

The ball was pushed up the floor to Cunningham, who threw down an emphatic game-sealing dunk, but also suffered what appeared to be a painful leg injury in the process.
