Earlier today I wrote that Manchester City had to be ruthless this summer with who departs the club. The club have already made a ruthless call in deciding not to offer Kevin De Bruyne a contract for next season. Now a new report indicates that City have told Bernardo Silva that he is not a part of their plans for next season. If the report is correct there will be another sad departure from the world champions. But if Bernardo does leave he has given his all for Pep Guardiola and his team throughout City’s era of dominance.
