ESPN is fuming at the idea it's suffering from a talent drain, with Skip Bayless and Colin Cowherd jumping to FS1 and Mike Tirico joining NBC Sports.
But talent raids go both ways. ESPN is poised to steal Randy Moss away from Fox Sports for its NFL coverage, according to The Big Lead.
Moss has emerged as one of the most promising, thoughtful NFL analysts in recent years. His hiring would be a coup for ESPN, which likes to employ a rotating army of ex-NFL players and coaches for "Sunday NFL Countdown," "NFL Live" and its biggest TV sports property, "Monday Night Football.
