Texas A&M disciplines receivers coach Aaron Moorehead for Twitter rant

Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin said Aggies receivers coach Aaron Moorehead has been disciplined after he "abused the privilege of social media" with a Twitter rant about loyalty last week.

Moorehead's tweets came minutes after Tate Martell, a five-star quarterback recruit, decommitted from the university. The rant cost the Aggies a handful of other recruits. Sumlin said the 35-year-old Moorehead, who played five NFL seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, followed his public apology by privately apologizing for his actions.

Sumlin said Moorehead's series of tweets, which have been deleted, "reflected poorly on Aaron, on our football program and on Texas A&M.
